Incorporating the very best of Ireland in five days of touring, we think this tour may delight no matter your group's ages or varied interests. We’ve found over the years that so many of you contact us with a week’s worth of vacation, but would really like at least a day or two to explore Dublin. If you have only a few days to spend outside Dublin, but would like to see as much of the spectacular Southwest as possible, this five day tour is just what the doctor ordered. Allowing you to explore the City on your own, without sacrificing the ability to also enjoy more of this magnificent country and its friendly people, our tried and true itinerary is based on our experience of how to best enjoy not just the destination but the journey! While this type of tour does mean being on the move, if that works for your group, this short but sweet, fully guided and chauffeured executive class tour is for you!

Day One - You’ll arrive to Dublin on likely an early morning flight. Worry not, Killarney Guided Tours will be waiting at the arrivals hall to get your likely jet lagged and weary but excited group on the way in luxurious comfort enroute to Cork. Traveling most often in clockwise direction from Dublin, your first overnight will be in in County Cork’s Cork city after making as many, or as few, stops along the way.

Day Two - You’ll wake and after breakfast your scenic day commences with a drive to Killarney located in the mesmerizing County Kerry. Perhaps stopping at Blarney Castle & Wollen Mills or with a visit to the Jameson Experience in Midleton for a whiskey tour, depending on your interests, you'll arrive in Killarney with time to relax and enjoy the vibrant, lively town and its nightlife. Overnight Killarney.

Day Three - This day will be one for the memory books and for the photographer at heart, traveling from your chosen Killarney accommodations to Dingle and & Slea Head. This journey takes you to both the green, rolling fields you dreamed of when planning your vacation to the immense, jagged cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. If you are looking for those Instagram or frame worthy photos, these days are especially for you. Overnight Killarney.

Day Four - A day on The Ring of Kerry Tour awaits, exploring one of Ireland's most famous drives, reaching spectacular hidden places other tours simply bypass. The Ring of Kerry tour includes plenty of stops along the impressive Skellig Ring looking out to the Star Wars filming location on the coast of the Iveragh peninsula, and time for a leisurely lunch in Waterville, the summer home of Charlie Chaplin. Overnight Killarney.

Day Five- Your final day provides yet another scenic drive with a ferry crossing the River Shannon. We'll be enroute to the famous Cliffs of Moher with your final destination of either Limerick or Galway where you tour ends. From either ending city, you can choose to overnight and enjoy the city or make a same day reconnect with the reliable train service back to Dublin. Of course you'll always have the option of extending the guided portion of your tour as well, including return transportation to Dublin.

Killarney Guided Tours knows traffic, and especially weather, can impact an Irish tour no matter the season, but our flexibility and your having chosen an experienced, private guide/driver behind the wheel allows you to enjoy the journey, as well as the destinations, no matter the weather or the traffic conditions on the road. To ensure your comfort, each of our tours, no matter the length, are delivered via true executive class transport from start to finish. In either our BMW 740LI (long wheelbase) sedan or Mercedes V-Class touring van, depending on number of guests, you’ll have a genuinely elegant touring experience. In order to provide you the very best touring experience available, each of our premium vehicles were chosen for a singular purpose - to provide and maintain a standard of excellence unmatched by rental class vans or vehicles often offered by tour providers.

In addition to luxurious transportation, each and every tour also includes your dedicated Failte Ireland Qualified Guide, a driver fully insured & licensed by Irish Nat'l Transport Authority for passenger transportation and vehicles carrying full insurance for commercial, passenger transport (a requirement often overlooked in Ireland). All tours include fuel costs and tolls and those tours to the Cliffs, like the "Luck of the Irish" include the entrance fee to The Cliffs of Moher. For even more details about the itinerary feel free to take a look at our tour pages or give us a call.

Step Three - Now that you've decided on the tour, how do you book a tour of your own? This is the truly easy part - simply email with the dates of proposed travel and give us the number of guests in your group. Killarney Guided Tours will confirm availability and send an invoice via Pay Pal. Your booking deposit of only 20% secures your tour dates and driver/guide. Your final payment won’t be due until 30 days in advance of your chosen tour. It is truly that simple! And we pledge that you will not incur any unexpected, day of additional costs or fees to worry about. Having booked your privately guided and professionally chauffeured tour, your only task will be to secure your group’s accommodations and train tickets in advance. Of course, if you need suggestions we are here to help from booking until tour commencement.

Whether you chose our “Luck of the Irish” Tour or to tour with us for a single day, we always suggest, and can't stress enough, that you book as early as possible. All to often we've had guests contact us only to be disappointed that the most desirable days and weeks have booked quickly. New and former guests planning their Irish dream vacations sometimes book years in advance and as a result, in order to provide each guest their own executive class experience, we've chosen to limit our bookings for your benefit. Killarney Guided Tours looks forward to welcoming you as well on “Your Tour - Your Trail”™
