As you begin to plan your summer staycations or long overdue corporate team building outings, Killarney Guided Tours is pleased to offer our unique, walking tours in and around Killarney and Co. Kerry. If you are ready to stretch your legs, see some magnificent scenery and learn a little about the area after being cooped up this past year, we are ready to make your day "Your Tour-Your Trail"™. Having spent decades exploring the ins and outs of spectacular, scenic walking locations throughout Co. Kerry, our fully vaccinated guides look forward to sharing some of our favorite locations with you.

Every walk will start and end at your Killarney accommodation via our luxurious transportation options, unless you prefer to meet us at the requested location so as to further ensure social distancing. In order to accommodate every age and fitness level, we've developed three walking levels to help you choose which tour is best for you: Level I (Easy), Level II (Easy-Moderate) and Level III (Moderate). No matter which level or tour you choose, there will be plenty of rest stops for coffee or lunch breaks included in each walk and talk tour. These walking tours, as are all our tours, are strictly private for you, your family and friends*

"TAKE IT EASY" TOUR (LEVEL I/ DURATION 2 HRS)

If you have only a few hours to spare, take it easy and enjoy exploring Killarney and The Knockreer Estate with us on a leisurely two-hour walking tour. See and learn about The Killarney House and Dennagh Lodge, take The Dennagh River Bank Walk and enjoy the lovely Knockreer House viewing point. End the day with some quiet time to reflect at the breathtaking St. Mary's Cathedral before returning in Mercedes style to your accommodation.

Spend some time walking and talking with Killarney Guided Tours on this Level I, three hour tour which will take you to the peaceful Muckross Abbey in the heart of the Killarney National Park. We'll also explore the beautifully manicured Muckross House and Gardens (House tour is not included). After a rest and coffee or tea at Muckross, it's on to the nucleus of the Park with its unique flora and fauna. This tour ends with a up-close visit to the powerful Torc Waterfall for those last few photos of the day.

Our last, but longest Level I tour offering begins with a visit to the ruins of Muckross Abbey in the heart of the Killarney National Park. The charming Dinis Hunting Cottage will provide a respite for a coffee or tea before seeing the Old Weir Bridge and learning about the infamous Meeting of the Waters. Ending with a visit to Torc Waterfall and time to explore the manicured grounds of Muckross House and Gardens (House tour not included), your afternoon ends with the Friars Woodland Walk with the wildlife amongst the trees.

Our longest "Walk & Talk the Day Away" tour takes you to the very best of the Killarney Valley and National Park in Co. Kerry but still at a leisurely pace. This must do mini- adventure should not to be skipped on a visit to Killarney. "Your Tour-Your Trail"™ begins at 10:00 a.m. with luxury transport from your accommodation to Ross Castle. There, you'll board a traditional open boat for a memorable guided tour of the Lakes of Killarney with knowlegeable local boatmen en- route to Lord Brandon's Cottage. After a bite to eat or hot cuppa tea, you'll have the afternoon to explore landscape so breathtaking it can't be adequately described by words on a page. This self-guided portion of the day allows you to walk the glacially born Black Valley and Gap of Dunloe entirely at your own pace. On the other side, by the village of Beaufort, you'll be rewarded with time to rest your legs and relax by the welcoming fire at the legendary Kate Kearney's Cottage. With both your mind's eye and camera memory cards full, this day will delight from start to finish.

If you'd like just a little more than an easy stroll, this four hour, Level III, tour with Killarney Guided Tours may be just what you are looking for. After pick-up from your Killarney accommodation you'll breathe in the fresh morning air at the spectacular Aghadoe Viewing Point overlooking the Lakes of Killarney. We'll then walk and talk our way to through the Oak Wood of Tomies, taking in stunning views of Lough Leane in the National Park. O'Sullivan's Cascade will await your arrival as will a final stop to rest your weary legs at Kate Kearney's Cottage for a refreshing pint or warm cup of coffee. Join us during your staycation for a half day you won't soon forget.
